Sustain Me Paleo Granola for an Elevated Breakfast that goes beyond…
Granola is a sneaky umbrella “health food” we assume to be nutritious. Yet, if you look closely at nutrition labels most commercial brands are loaded with vegetable oils, sugar, and quite possibly rancid nuts and seeds.
I have loved cereal since I was a kid but have learned to pass the boxed cereal aisles of cardboard-like food. Luckily, I discovered Crucial Fours’ mBREAKFAST with an ingredient list that goes beyond Hello Palate approved ingredients. mBREAKFAST is an all-in-one super blend streamlining my nutrition.
“mBreakfast is an organic, wildcrafted superfood blend with Superior Herbs, Medicinal Mushrooms, Algae, and Bitoic extracts. Loaded with essential proteins, fats, prebiotics, vitamins, minerals, and an entire missing class of nutrients. Breakfast contains no man-made vitamins or minerals that have a nonelectric charge. Feed your microbiome a diverse group of nutrients as your nature intended.”
By committing to the values of eating well, preparing your own granola at home provides you will complete control of the ingredients and how you want to nourish your bodies. Once I made that commitment I never looked back to poor quality ingredients again.
BRING ON the NUTS and SEEDS
This granola is packed with almonds, raw pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds to nourish our bodies with the nutrients we need to stay energized and alert. Pecans contain more than 19 vitamins and minerals – including vitamin A, vitamin E, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, several B vitamins, and zinc.
If you switch it up using almonds they provide us with calcium, magnesium, and fiber. Pumpkin seeds are fantastic for our immune systems with lots of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and zinc, while sunflower and flax seeds have powerful anti-heart disease properties.
Now mix in 3 scoops of mbreakfast and you have packed a punch of flavor, using superior herbs, to a host of vitamins and minerals.
